About Our Programs
Dawn House operates an Emergency Shelter, Transitional Housing Programs and a Supportive Housing Program through its two locations at 965 Milford Drive and 805 Ridley Drive.
Eligibility

You identify as a woman 18 years of age or older

You are homeless or currently vulnerable housed

Your annual net income is $27,500/year or less

You have barriers preventing you from securing housing

You agree to actively participate in the supports and programs Dawn House provides
Milford Drive Location

Transitional Housing Wing is a 7 room congregate living model with shared bathrooms, showers, kitchen and living room

Supportive Permanent Apartments – The rent for these bachelor apartments is $587.65 and they do not turn over often. When a vacancy occurs, women who are in one of the Transitional Housing Programs are offered the apartment.
Ridley Drive Location

Christine’s Hope, located in the East Wing of 805 Ridley Drive, offers 12 apartments—2 accessible, 4 1-bedroom, and 6 bachelor apartments. Christine’s Hope supports women, and women with children. The women in this Transitional Housing Program have achieved a level of independence and are not in need of daily intensive support.
